Transforming old frames to give a brighter future to someone in need.

Newcastle LIons club collected and boxed 1400 pairs of spectacles this past week.

We transport these gently used spectacles to Le Havre, France where volunteers carefully check each lens for its prescription strength and match the glasses to people in developing countries who cannot afford eyeglasses.
